Most jobs need two contractors. This one needs one.

The electrician roughs in before the drywall goes up. The integrator arrives weeks later and finds the wire in the wrong wall. Somewhere in the middle, you end up refereeing.

Virtua holds a Delaware electrical license and dealer certifications from Control4, Savant, Lutron and Josh.ai. The same company owns the panel, the low voltage and the programming. When something stops working, there is one number and nobody to hand you off to.

Lighting and shade control

The part people actually feel. Layered circuits, dimmers that hold their level, shades that come down before the afternoon sun hits the west glass. Set once, then never thought about again, which is the whole point.

Everything below exists to support it.

The part you never seeis the part that lasts.

Every run labelled at both ends. Every device on a managed switch. Every cable left long enough to service without cutting. Ten years from now somebody may have to work on this rack, and it might not be us. We build it so they can.

From first call to the years after

What actually happens.

  1. 01

    We walk the house

One visit, at the house or over the plans. We look at the panel, the ceiling heights and the sight lines, and we ask what actually annoys you about the place.

  2. 02

You get a drawing and a number

A fixture and equipment schedule, a lighting layout, and a fixed proposal. If the scope does not change, the number does not change.

  3. 03

Our own electricians pull the wire

No coordinating between an electrician who did not read the AV plan and an integrator who arrived after the drywall. Same company, same crew, one schedule.

  4. 04

We set the scenes with you standing there

Programming happens with you in the room, at the hour you actually use it. You leave with a system your houseguests can operate without a phone call.

  5. 05

    Then we answer the phone

One number for as long as you own the house. Most issues get resolved remotely before anyone gets in a truck.

For the house youare not standing in.

Half the houses on this coast sit empty most of the week. That changes what matters. A leak sensor under the water heater. A thermostat that will not let the pipes freeze in February. A camera at the outside shower. A network steady enough to check all of it from Wilmington or Washington.

Set up properly, the house tells you before the neighbour does.
